General Return & Refund Policy  

1. Returns :

-Eligibility: Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery.  
- Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

2. Refunds :
- Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 10 business days after receiving the returned item.  
- Method: Refunds are applied to the original payment method.  
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping may be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a seller error   

3. How to Initiate a Return :

- Include your **order number** and reason for return.  

4. Damaged or Defective Items :

- If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact support within 10 days for a replacement or refund.
